Leisure Real Estate Advisors welcomes the opportunity to create a transaction through our co-operative efforts.
In order to do so, Leisure Real Estate Advisors requires that you register your prospect through the registration form referenced below.
By submitting the information as required, you, will be carefully considered for acceptance as a co-broker. However, submission should not be considered accepted until notified by Leisure Real Estate Advisors. If you have a written exclusive buyer’s agency agreement, you will automatically be accepted as a co-broker.
Those registrations that have not listed all information will not be considered, nor will you be contacted.
Upon receipt of the completed form, Leisure Real Estate Advisors will review your registration information and, if approved, we will submit our Confidentiality and Co Brokerage Agreements to you.
These documents will set forth the brokerage arrangements and other conditions. Upon receipt and acceptance of these documents, Leisure Real Estate Advisors will supply all confidential information for the purpose of presenting the offering to your prospect. Again, your registration process is not complete or approved until such time as these documents are received and accepted by Leisure Real Estate Advisors.
Please be advised that your firm will represent the Buyer, not the Seller, in this transaction (Leisure Real Estate Advisors does not offer sub agency). You will also be responsible for obtaining a written agency agreement with your prospect for the purpose of retaining agency records for our real estate file.
It is important to note that each registration applies only to one (1) registered prospect and is not transferable. Correspondingly, the registration applies to one (1) property, only, unless prior approval is received, from us, to include multiple properties.
