Company Broker Affiliation Program
In accordance with the goal of expanding our network capabilities of Leisure Real Estate Advisors, we also offer an affiliate program, in which an established hotel brokerage firm may affiliate with Leisure Real Estate Advisors, but still remain autonomous. Although direct independent contractor “employment” is more lucrative to the broker, we acknowledge that an “affiliate program” in various markets will enhance service to the clients of the affiliate, as well as our own. Therefore, the affiliation could certainly be a win-win situation for Leisure Real Estate Advisors and the affiliate.
The affiliate program allows the affiliate broker to utilize the widespread marketing and advertising utilized by Leisure Real Estate Advisors, data base management, including trade publications, e-commerce/website and our very attractive print advertising. We employ a full time IT professional to monitor our web presence). Currently, our website generates 200,000 views/month. The affiliate program is flexible, in that, the affiliate has control of the properties he/she wishes to be included under the affiliate agreement. The agreement is cancelable with 30 days notice, so that neither party is bound for a long period.
